Background:
Nonstructural protein 3 (Nsp3) is Anti-SARS Nsp3抗體one of the SARS-Coronavirus replicase cleaving products, encoded by ORF1a. Nsp3 is thought to be part of the viral replication complex associated with intracellular membranes. Nsp3 contains a papain-like cysteine proteinase plus ADP-ribose-1' monophosphatase activities.
